Is there a fee to join the dropshipping program? ▼
No startup fee and no monthly subscription. You pay your dealer price per order plus shipping — that's it. Volume rebates apply as your monthly turnover grows.
Will my customer know the order came from you? ▼
No. All dropship orders leave our warehouse in neutral, unbranded packaging. The delivery note and paperwork carry your company name. Our name appears nowhere your customer will see it.
How fast do dropship orders ship? ▼
Orders received before 14:00 CET dispatch within 48 hours. Small parts go by parcel carrier; engines, transmissions and outboards ship crated on insured pallet freight with tracking. Delivery is typically 1–3 days in NL/BE/DE and 2–5 days across the rest of the EU.
Can I really dropship a complete engine? ▼
Yes — that's exactly what sets this program apart. Crate engines ship in purpose-built wooden crates with shock indicators, moisture protection and full transit insurance. Your customer receives delivery notifications and a signed proof of delivery.
How do returns and warranty claims work? ▼
You remain your customer's point of contact (EU law makes the seller responsible), but we handle the logistics: the item comes back to our Kessel warehouse, we inspect and process it, and a replacement or credit is issued. Approved warranty claims are typically resolved within 10 business days.
Do you provide product data and images? ▼
Yes. Approved partners receive CSV/XML feeds with titles, descriptions, specifications, image URLs and live stock levels — formatted for easy import into WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, and marketplace feeds including Google Merchant Center.
Can I sell on marketplaces like Bol.com or eBay? ▼
Yes, marketplace selling is allowed provided you respect MAP pricing and use the approved product data. We do ask that you tell us which channels you sell on so we can protect pricing across the network.
How do I get paid / how do I pay you? ▼
Your customer pays you directly through your own checkout. You pay us your dealer price per order — by bank transfer or card to start, with net payment terms available after your first successful orders. See the dealer tiers for terms.
