EU reverse-charge (0% VAT) for partners outside NL with a valid VAT number. Dutch partners billed at 21% VAT. Itemised invoices, always.

Is there a minimum order for wholesale pricing? ▼
No minimum at Workshop Partner level. Stocking Dealer and Distributor tiers carry modest quarterly volume commitments to keep their discount level — agreed with you in writing at onboarding, never imposed retroactively.
Can I see the full price list before applying? ▼
We share the complete 1,500+ SKU price list after business verification — this protects MAP pricing across the network. The examples on this page reflect real Stocking Dealer rates, and verification takes about 2 business days. Apply here.
How do volume rebates get paid? ▼
Automatically. At the end of each quarter we calculate your total purchases, apply the rebate percentage, and issue a credit note or bank transfer within 14 days. No forms, no claiming — it's in your dealer terms.
Do wholesale prices include shipping and crating? ▼
Crating and packaging are always included. Shipping is free on orders over €1,000 for Stocking Dealers and above; below that threshold you pay actual carrier cost with zero markup. Engines and outboards always ship insured with tracking.
How does VAT work for EU trade partners? ▼
Dutch businesses are billed 21% VAT. Partners elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number are invoiced at 0% under the reverse-charge mechanism. Non-EU orders are exported VAT-free; local import duties are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I dropship at wholesale prices? ▼
Yes — wholesale and dropshipping run on the same dealer account. Order single units shipped direct to your customer in neutral packaging. Details on our Dropshipping Program page.
What happens if a competitor undercuts MAP pricing? ▼
Report it to us with a link or screenshot. We verify within 5 business days and require the partner to correct their pricing. Repeat violations lose their discount tier. This is what keeps your margin real instead of theoretical.
Can my discount tier increase over time? ▼
Tiers are reviewed quarterly and only move up. Consistent volume growth moves you from Workshop Partner toward Stocking Dealer and Distributor terms — including better payment terms and freight rates. Your account manager reviews this with you proactively.
