We ship crate engines, outboards, transmissions and parts across the Netherlands, the EU and worldwide. Shipping an engine is not like shipping a parcel — these are heavy, high-value units — so everything leaves our Kessel workshop crated, insured and tracked. This page tells you exactly what to expect: costs, transit times, packaging and insurance, before you order.

Dispatch Time
Transit times below count from dispatch, not order date. In-stock items dispatch within 1–2 business days. Engines requiring testing, crating or preparation may need 1–3 additional business days; built-to-order and remanufactured units ship within the timeframe on your quote or order confirmation.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: post-Brexit, UK shipments need customs declarations and may incur UK import VAT and duties. We prepare all export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, EORI) and tell you before dispatch exactly what applies to your order.

Norway, Switzerland, Iceland are outside the EU customs union: we prepare all export documentation; local import VAT/duties are the recipient's responsibility.

Packaging & Insurance
- Engines and outboards ship in custom wooden crates or on reinforced pallets, strapped and braced to manufacturer standards
- Every shipment is insured for its full value at no extra cost to you
- Fluids are drained where required by air/road freight regulations — refill before first start (see the included checklist)

Free Collection in Kessel
Skip shipping entirely: collect at Haagweg 40, 5995 AB Kessel, Netherlands — free. Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat 09:00–14:00 (by appointment). We load engines and outboards into your vehicle or trailer with our forklift.
Tracking & Delays
Your tracking number arrives by email at dispatch — follow it any time via our Track My Order page. No movement for 5 business days, or missed delivery window? Email us — we open a carrier trace the same day.
